Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc management reports for management and business stakeholders
Compile, validate, and consolidate data from multiple internal systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
Maintain reporting trackers, and dashboards to ensure data is organized and up to date
Support KPI monitoring and performance tracking across business functions
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
Perform reconciliations for revenue, commissions, and other relevant financial or operational metrics
Ensure adherence to reporting standards, timelines, and data confidentiality requirements
Support internal and external audits, reviews, and reporting improvement or automation initiatives
Identify reporting inefficiencies and recommend automation or process improvements
Escalate data inconsistencies, quality issues, and process gaps to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas; macros or VBA is a plus)
Experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an added advantage
Preferred
Basic understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and operational or financial reporting is preferred
Ideal for detailed oriented and process driven candidates with 1-3 years of experience
Comfortable working with large data sets and spreadsheets, who have a strong interest in data, reporting, and operational analytics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while balancing recurring reporting responsibilities and ad-hoc requests
Enjoys building repeatable reporting workflows
