Responsibilities
Analyze customer financial statements, credit data, and collateral to determine appropriate credit limits and risk exposure
Prepare written credit approvals or denials and present recommendations to senior leadership
Develop credit models and reporting using SAP, D&B, Business Objects, and advanced Excel
Manage third-party collections, bankruptcy workflows, and escheat processes
Maintain customer master data and ensure credit data integrity within SAP
Support audits, weekly reporting, and internal financial reviews
Partner with sales teams to negotiate payment terms and resolve credit-related issues
Train and mentor new credit team members while driving process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
7+ years of credit and collections experience with tangible products
Strong understanding of GAAP, credit risk, financial statement analysis, and bankruptcy processes
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with hands-on SAP and D&B experience
Proven ability to analyze credit exposure, manage risk, and support accounts receivable performance
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Preferred
Healthcare or regulated industry experience
Experience working with third-party collection agencies and complex credit portfolios
