Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing crisp, decision-ready analysis that shapes strategy and results
Develop and continuously improve financial models that guide planning, investment choices, and day-to-day execution
Own the company’s key KPIs, turning performance data into insights on growth, retention, profitability, and risk
Drive the budgeting and forecasting cadence, connecting near-term operating plans to long-range goals
Evaluate unit economics and business-line performance to pinpoint priorities and surface opportunities for efficiency and scale
Strengthen data-driven decision-making across growth and retention by blending internal results with market signals
Collaborate with data and systems partners to automate reporting, improve scalability, and increase financial transparency company-wide
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance
A strong bias toward action—you break down complex problems and drive solutions end-to-end with minimal oversight
Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity
Strong command of financial statements, business drivers, and investment metrics
A collaborative, operator-first mindset—you enjoy partnering cross-functionally as a trusted advisor
Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to solve hard, meaningful problems
Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
