Responsibilities
Lead configuration, design, and optimization of SAP Project Systems (PS) and FI/CO modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Controlling (CO)
Provide ongoing production support to ensure SAP system stability, performance, and data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration-related production issues
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into functional SAP solutions
Perform gap analysis and recommend process and system improvements
Develop functional specifications for technical teams for enhancements
Support full lifecycle SAP projects from requirements through post-go-live support
Deliver user training, best practice guidance, and knowledge transfer
Maintain system and process documentation (configuration guides, SOPs, user manuals)
Support cross-module integration, especially between PS and FI/CO
Assist with S/4HANA readiness planning and PS process alignment
Qualification
Required
8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong focus on SAP PS and FI/CO
Strong expertise in project billing, revenue recognition, and project accounting
Experience in SAP implementations, configuration, enhancements, and production support
Experience working with function modules, enhancements, and user exits from a functional standpoint
Strong stakeholder communication and business-facing experience
Experience delivering user training and creating functional documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with BI, reporting, or data warehouse tools
Exposure to or experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives
