Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with ASC offices, warehouses, and freight vendors worldwide
Obtain and compare freight quotes to secure cost-effective and timely shipping solutions
Work closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes
Collect, verify, and maintain all shipping documents (bills of lading, customs forms, test reports, etc.)
Resolve discrepancies related to test reports, customs codes (HS, country, date codes), and shipping delays
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
Oversee inventory tracking, updating logs, and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks/ERP systems
Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, verify contents, and manage repackaging when necessary
Monitor order statuses and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
Assist with facility maintenance tasks (e.g., organizing storage areas, minor repairs)
Lift, move, and transport heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as part of daily duties
Support office administration tasks (filing, data entry, etc.) when required
Qualification
Required
1+ years in logistics, shipping, supply chain, administration, or facility maintenance
Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and remain active (standing, walking, etc.) for extended periods
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Must ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, or inventory management software
