Responsibilities
Driving the strategy for the Delivery Transformation Program and identifying quarterly goals for its various pillars
Partnering with stakeholders to define, align and prioritize portfolio level reporting
Identifying and removing impediments and working with teams across the organization to track dependencies
Facilitating forums with stakeholders to keep teams abreast of the WMT portfolio
Tracking and monitoring financials to stay within program budgets
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and COO responsibilities
Proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in a high-paced and demanding environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in working with multiple teams and individuals
Ability to influence & navigate across an organization without boundaries
Experience with conflict management
Negotiation skills
Ability to accommodate multiple time zones, as teams are located in both North America and Asia
