The intern will support process-improvement initiatives and gain exposure to various Technology functions while working on optimizing Beer Operations and applying advanced analytical techniques to manufacturing data.

Responsibilities
Support on a range of process‑improvement initiatives, KPI development, and operational enhancement projects
Gain exposure to Technology functions across Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, and Cyber Security
Collaborate with Automation Engineering leadership, managers, and cross‑functional partners
Support the Beer Operations Digitalization team by applying machine learning and advanced analytical techniques to unlock value from large volumes of IoT and manufacturing data
Drive efficiencies in brewing and packaging processes through analytics, predictive modeling, and digital problem‑solving
Support Network Engineering process‑improvement efforts
Develop and update training and onboarding resources
Contribute to operational projects that enhance analytics, reporting, and process effectiveness
Perform advanced data‑driven work such as conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
Engineering features for predictive models
Building and evaluating machine‑learning models (including equipment‑failure prediction)
Utilizing anomaly‑detection techniques to monitor manufacturing specifications
Participate in corporate intern‑program events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team‑Building Tours, Final Presentations, and Rotation Days
Qualification
Required
Must have completed junior year of Bachelors program
Major in Engineering (Computer, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems), Computer Science, Cyber Security
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must be at least 21 years of age
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Products (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Demonstrates professional maturity and the ability to operate effectively as a single contributor or as part of a larger team
Applies own talents to work assignments yet asks for and uses feedback to expand competencies in current job in order to improve performance
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
Builds relationships with teammates and supports good ideas of others
Sets high goals and works tenaciously to achieve them
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods
Must have Passport
Ability to travel with team members to breweries in Mexico for 2-3 day durations
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
