Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or rollout projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Establish and manage project governance, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and PMO standards
Act as the primary liaison between business users and SAP delivery teams
Understand and guide solutions for conductor manufacturing equipment and service processes, including:
Engineer-to-Order (ETO) / Make-to-Order (MTO)
Complex BOMs and routings
Installed base and equipment lifecycle management
Service contracts, warranties, and field service execution
Translate business requirements into actionable SAP delivery plans
Oversee cross-functional SAP streams, including:
SD (Sales, Service, Contracts)
MM (Procurement, Inventory)
PP / PP-DS (Manufacturing Planning)
EAM / Service Management
FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
Ensure integration across modules and with third-party systems (MES, PLM, CRM, FSM)
Manage global, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
Coordinate with SI partners, SAP consultants, and internal IT teams
Monitor deliverables, quality, and risks across workstreams
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Manage scope changes and change requests
Drive testing strategy (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readiness
Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and user adoption
Qualification
Required
8+ years of SAP project management experience
3+ years leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects
Proven experience in manufacturing equipment, conductor manufacturing, or industrial services environments
Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream SAP programs
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integrations
Hands-on experience managing projects involving: Manufacturing execution and planning, Equipment service and aftermarket operations, Complex pricing, contracts, and revenue recognition
Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage ambiguity in complex transformation programs
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA certification (Project Management or Functional)
PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification
Experience with global rollouts and multi-country deployments
Knowledge of SAP Service Management, EAM, or FSM
Experience in semiconductor, conductor, or high-precision manufacturing industries
