The role involves performing quality control inspections, communicating results, and supporting material delivery and receiving activities.

Responsibilities
Perform quality control inspections of received materials and record results
Communicate results effectively with Project Managers, foremen, and QC staff
Support document assembly and coordination for submittals
Prepare for and participate in project meetings
Support material delivery and receiving activities
Track materials-related QC issues and update the Project and QC Manager
Obtain vendor quotes, purchase orders, and packing slips from project manager
Provide general administrative support to the quality management team
Safely lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20–25 lbs. frequently
Qualification
Required
Experience in industrial or commercial construction or service environments is preferred
Hands-on mechanical experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
