Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians
Relocation support may be provided
Effectively track Key Business & Financial Metrics such as Customer Retention, Profitability, Revenue Growth and Utilization
Due to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays
Company vehicle will be provided
Travel: up to 25%
Relocation support may be provided
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Field Service operations (HVAC, Fire Alarm, Security, Client Facing/Customer Service)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, and various support functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Collections, Project Management and Estimating Teams
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities operating in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple priorities
Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
