Responsibilities
Design, build, and administer enterprise-scale IBM ACE (IIB) environments in AWS and on-prem
Support and integrate IBM MQ for high-volume, reliable messaging
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting
Build and support CI/CD pipelines for middleware and ESB deployments
Perform performance tuning, log analysis, and memory optimization for IBM ACE
Administer security, certificates, and encryption for ESB platforms
Support deployments across Linux and AIX operating systems
Design and implement disaster recovery and failover strategies across regions and sites
Support AWS services used by ESB workloads, including EC2, IAM, S3, and Lambda
Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance
Troubleshoot complex middleware and server issues and provide root-cause analysis
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and administering IBM ACE (IIB) in AWS and on-prem environments
3+ years of enterprise experience with IBM MQ
Strong expertise in performance tuning, logging, and memory management
Hands-on experience with Linux and AIX
Proven experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
Strong AWS technical skills (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda; GovCloud experience a plus)
Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (required or strongly preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote, enterprise environment
