Programmatic Optimizer
Responsibilities
Own revenue operations across Mid-Market and International advertisers, ensuring invoicing accuracy, campaign QA, and billing-aligned campaign setup
Enable programmatic execution by managing Keys Programmatic operations, including audience and catalog distribution, partner integrations, and data feed monitoring
Lead audience management in Hightouch, owning all audience builds, health checks, and serving as a technical lead as we explore future audience and clean room solutions
Support consumer-facing execution, including building landing pages and partnering cross-functionally to turn CX insights into tangible improvements
Scale operational knowledge by owning the Ads New Ventures Wiki—creating, updating, and auditing SOPs to ensure clarity and accuracy as the business grows
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ads, CX, data, and engineering partners to drive scalable, repeatable execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in AdOps, retail media, or programmatic advertising (agency experience is a strong plus)
Comfort working across data platforms, CMS tools, and audience management systems (Hightouch experience preferred)
Strong operational instincts with a focus on accuracy, scalability, and execution
Proven ability to own documentation and processes, not just follow them
A proactive problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and technical curiosity
