Responsibilities

Support the development, testing, and implementation of new test equipment and processes

Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate test benches, prototype equipment, and production test systems

Execute verification, validation, and reliability testing; analyze results and recommend improvements

Document test results, procedures, drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, purchasing, vendors, and operations teams

Provide on-site and occasional field support, including limited travel

Required

Electronic Technology certificate or 2-year AAS degree

Experience as an Engineering or Production Technician

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills using electronic test equipment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP or similar databases

Knowledge of computers, networks, and electronic components

Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DVMs, and related test equipment
