Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination and completion of property maintenance activities
Ensuring all building systems operate efficiently
Managing maintenance schedules
Supervising a team of technicians
Coordinating vendor and contractor services
Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Handling emergency repairs
Monitoring inventory
Assisting in budget preparation

Required

Technical proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general property maintenance
Experience managing maintenance teams and organizing work schedules and workflow
Skills in vendor and contractor coordination, including evaluating work bids and contracts
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while ensuring timely completion of tasks and safety protocol adherence
Proficiency in using maintenance-related technology and tools
High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications (e.g., HVAC or plumbing) are advantageous

Preferred

Prior experience in residential property maintenance or facilities management preferred
Customer service skills and ability to create a positive resident experience
