The WIN 11 Analyst is responsible for the Windows 11 migration activities at a client’s facility

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional deskside experience
Demonstrated Leadership abilities and be achievement oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be customer service orientated and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and Initiative
Problem solving skills to resolve issues
Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years' experience in deskside support or lab IT environment OR
Associate's degree with 3 plus years' experience in deskside support or lab IT environment OR
High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 plus years' experience in deskside support or lab IT environment
