Responsibilities
Lead modernization of legacy TIBCO BW 5.x to BW 6.x / TIBCOCloud Integration (TCI)
Design and implement API-led and microservices-based integration architecture
Convert monolithic integrations into reusable, loosely coupled services
Modernize protocols from SOAP to REST and batch to real-time/event-driven flows
Migrate from RV/EMS to modern messaging (EMS/Kafka where applicable)
Design solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability
Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Ensure integration security using OAuth2, JWT, SSL, and certificates
Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
Mentor development teams and review designs
Prepare HLD/LLD and modernization roadmaps
Collaborate with cloud, infra, and application teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years in TIBCO integration technologies
Strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x & 6.x
Strong expertise in TIBCO EMS / Rendezvous
Strong expertise in TIBCO API Gateway / Mashery
Strong expertise in TIBCO Administrator
Proven experience in modernization programs
Strong knowledge of SOA, Microservices
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP services
Strong knowledge of JMS & event-driven architecture
Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL
Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD & DevOps practices
Preferred
Experience with Kafka / ActiveMQ
Migration experience from TIBCO to MuleSoft / Boomi
TIBCO certification
