This role focuses on accelerating radar deployment schedules, resolving technical issues, and supporting system integration, testing, and field implementation.

Responsibilities
Provide radar engineering SME support to FAA program offices and integrators
Support accelerated deployment schedules and technical risk mitigation
Review engineering designs, test plans, safety assessments, and installation packages
Participate in design reviews, readiness reviews, and site commissioning
Support system performance analysis, Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI/EMC) mitigation, and spectrum coordination
Develop technical briefings and recommendations for FAA leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering (or related field)
8+ years of surveillance radar or air traffic systems experience
Knowledge of primary/secondary radar, Mode 3/A, C, and S operations
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be US citizen
Preferred
FAA or DoD radar program experience
