This role involves upgrading and migrating the entire Oracle stack to supported versions, ensuring system stability and modernization.

Responsibilities

Re-sign JAR files with County client certificates
Collaborate with County staff for knowledge transfer and ensure interface compatibility post-upgrade
Implement Oracle SSO integrated with Microsoft EntraID
Provide technical leadership and documentation throughout the migration process

Qualification

Oracle DB 19cOracle Middleware 12cWebLogic 12Oracle Forms/Reports 12cLinuxShell scriptingOracle SSOOracle Certified ProfessionalTechnical leadershipDocumentation

Required

Extensive experience with Oracle DB versions 11g, 12c, 19c
Extensive experience with Oracle Middleware (OAS, OID) 10g and 12c
Extensive experience with WebLogic 11/12
Extensive experience with Oracle Forms/Reports upgrade (10g to 12c)
Strong Linux and shell scripting skills
Experience with Oracle Single Sign-On and enterprise identity management
Proven track record in large-scale Oracle migrations and upgrades

Preferred

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database and Middleware
WebLogic Server Administration certification
