Responsibilities
Edit and deliver 5–6 short-form videos per week using provided raw footage
Craft compelling, on-trend edits that reflect Brad’s unique personality and voice
Stay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, and editing styles
Incorporate feedback from the creative team and meet established deadlines
Work with a variety of content types including:
Hair transformations
XMONDO branded content
Product reviews and tutorials
Lifestyle content
Paid ad integrations
Collaborate via Frame.io and communicate efficiently through Slack
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form editing work (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Proficient with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Excellent understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling
Organized, reliable, and able to turn around edits quickly while maintaining quality
Preferred
Experience using Frame.io and Slack for workflow management
