Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Quality Plan to ensure adherence to industry standards and Regulations
Manage and resolve all quality-related issues
Ensure that all QA/QC processes are followed, documented, and reported as needed
Submit daily inspection reports within - Maintain 90%+ completion of all assigned safety training
Target zero avoidable safety or equipment incidents
Submit 98% of draft reports within 8 hours — with minimal revisions
Maintain 95% on-time site check-in/check-out
Less than 1 serious issue per quarter related to Inspections, Measuring, and Test Equipment due to technician error, lack of maintenance, or lost/damaged equipment
Maintain accurate inspection records using AEIS digital reporting tools
Review and verify technical documents (e.g., WPS/PQR, lab results, etc.)
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and QA/QC Specialists
Contribute to lessons-learned discussions and workflow improvements
Qualification
Required
Certification in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management or a related field
Previous experience working on MTA projects
OSHA 30 Construction Safety Training (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred
Experience in large-scale public infrastructure projects
