Responsibilities
Develop MPCs for approved organizational and depot-level OPC systems
Review and validate OEM maintenance documentation for incorporation into Maintenance Requirements List (MRL)
Coordinate technical content with RCM Analysts and equipment specialists
Maintain maintenance documentation in USCG databases and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communications, Engineering or related field OR six years directly relevant equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in naval/maritime maintenance documentation
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with USCG maintenance policies and procedures to include technical manual development
Strong technical comprehension of HM&E and ELEX systems
Ability to work collaboratively with the Government client and project team functional areas in support of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, as required by contract
NAVSEA Backfit RCM Certification (Level I)
