In this role, you will lead the delivery of remote and on-site IT projects and services, ensuring high standards of quality and execution while acting as a strategic technical partner to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Execute assigned project and service tickets ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with defined processes
Perform system documentation, technical assessments and consulting engagements including system reviews and strategic recommendations
Maintain business awareness of assigned clients including an understanding of how projects and managed services align with their strategic objectives and operational goals
Serve as a technical escalation point collaborating with vendors and manufacturers to resolve complex issues
Communicate with all parties in a constructive manner to ensure that client expectations are met
Provides technical assistance, training, and mentorship to others
Maintains professional knowledge by continuing education, certifications, professional publications and participating in professional societies
Qualification
Required
Experience as an IT Field Engineer
Broad range of technical implementation skills
Microsoft Windows Server 2022-2025
Core network services including DHCP and DNS
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel to client sites in and around central PA
