Advisor / Transformation Lead
Net2Source (N2S) is a digital infrastructure business focused on broadband connectivity. They are seeking a seasoned advisor to drive cross-functional change in telecommunications and support a pivotal transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
Identification and diagnosis of GTM / commercial strategy pitfalls (e.g. quote process, ROI/profitability, product catalogue)
Strategy implementation (e.g. reporting dashboards, operational efficiencies, refining sales approach, team structure, “hands-on” approach)
Ability to align management teams and drive cultural change
Qualification
Required
15+ years relevant experience with visible transformations in telecom/fiber/property-owner services; demonstrable PMO build-out and change-management wins
Comfort toggling from big-picture design to day-to-day problem solving; evidence of multi-disciplinary impact (commercial + operational + tech/process)
Availability for a minimum 6-month engagement with ≥25% on-site presence; able to start quickly
Fiber / Telecom Experience
