Responsibilities

Design, execute, and manage testing plans to ensure software quality and performance for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Developing test cases
Conducting software testing
Identifying and documenting defects
Collaborating with development teams to enhance software functionality and performance
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports
Ensuring the alignment of software functionality with business requirements

Required

Strong skills in Software Development, Programming, and Databases, with experience in ERP systems preferred
Proficiency in Software Design and a good understanding of system architecture and integration
Experience in Software Testing, including creating and executing test plans, test cases, and debugging processes
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently
Familiarity with QA tools, methodologies, and best practices

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or ERP systems implementation is a plus
