Responsibilities
Lead multiple construction and infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and execution strategy
Build detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking systems
Manage commissioning activities, documentation, and operational readiness deliverables
Facilitate on site meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability
Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and resolve field issues quickly
Oversee invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and cost control activities
Assign resources appropriately to meet project demands and deadlines
Maintain accurate project records, notes, and reporting dashboards
Serve as an on site safety leader, promoting compliance and best practices
Provide coaching, guidance, and developmental feedback to project team members
Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across projects
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in construction or critical infrastructure environments
Proven ability to manage fast paced, high visibility field operations
Strong organizational skills with a talent for keeping complex workstreams aligned
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with varied teams and stakeholders
Experience with commissioning processes, scheduling, and field coordination
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent hands on experience will be considered
