Responsibilities
Provide project leadership and orchestration support across US vaccine initiatives
Maintain structured oversight of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
Contribute beyond PMO by constructively challenging timelines, solutions, and mitigation plans
Support research and content development related to vaccines’ innovation, technologies, and processes transformation
Enable change management and adoption by clearly articulating value, benefits, and expected outcomes to stakeholders
Help the team manage increased demand during peak vaccine seasons
Qualification
Required
Life-Science or Biotech industry background
10+ years of program management experience
Preferred
PMP is nice to have
Past SQL and Development Experience is a big plus
