Responsibilities

Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliation of bank statements and other general accounting functions
Support and/or oversee bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of revenue
Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with internal controls and accounting standards
Utilize QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) to support day-to-day accounting operations
Demonstrate strong attention to detail while handling sensitive financial information
Operate with a high level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
Work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with the broader team
