Responsibilities
Contribute to live transactions, market activities, and client initiatives from day one
Participate in comprehensive training covering financial modeling, valuation, technical skills, and product knowledge
Collaborate with experienced professionals across business lines to deliver client-focused solutions
Receive mentorship from senior leaders and career development support throughout the program
Engage with peers and colleagues across BBVA’s international network, gaining a truly global perspective
Qualification
Required
Rising seniors graduating in May or June 2027
Strong academic performance (all majors considered; finance, economics, business, or STEM preferred)
Analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Team-oriented mindset and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment
Interest in financial markets, corporate finance, and global banking
Alignment with BBVA's values of integrity, innovation, and client focus
Employment eligibility to work with BBVA in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions
