Responsibilities
Support operational aspects of transactions including acquisitions, add-ons, restructurings, and exits
Work with treasury to set up new bank accounts and manage funding logistics
Support deal execution workflows and ensure accuracy of transaction-related data
Execute capital calls and distributions related to SPV
Oversee SPV entities, liaising with external parties for financial statements and compliance
Respond to Limited Partners’ requests related to SPV entities
Monitor SPV cash balances and handle expense payment processing
Maintain custody operations and coordinate with the global finance team
Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment operations, or related fields
Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and deal processes
Proficiency in Excel
Advanced analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
