Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer, you will have a passion for developing and automating creative solutions
Key areas of responsibly include system analysis, design, develop, build, test, implement, and maintain various systems to meet functional objectives of the business
You will Implement provisioning and deployment techniques via packaging, containerizing or Cloud distribution
You will function with agile principles to execute efficiently in an environment of continuous feedback
You will ensure implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Qualification
Required
DevOps Engineer (T02): 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 0 years with Master's degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Principal DevOps Engineer (T03): 5 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 3 years with Master's degree; 1 year with PhD; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Active TS/SCI required at the time of application
Experience with CI/CD Pipeline functions
Experience with Jira, Jenkins and Git/Version Control Software
Ability to communicate and present technical information at different organizational levels
Preferred
Current Security + certification
Experience creating, developing, and implementing solutions to address requirements
Ability to identify needs for automation, designing and implementing of CICD solutions
Experience working with containers
Familiarity with API Security and Container Security
Experience with Agile development
Experience with developing microservices
Experience with Linux and Ansible
