Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair intrusion alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Use hand tools and low-voltage equipment to complete installations and troubleshoot issues
Read and interpret plans and system layouts
Deliver excellent customer service and address client questions professionally
Document service calls and installations using the company’s mobile app
Qualification
Required

Highly dependable and punctual; values others' time
Able to pass a DOJ fingerprint background check
Holds or can obtain a valid California Driver's License (company vehicle required)
Preferred
Experience with Honeywell/Resideo, DMP, Bosch, Notifier/FCI Gamewell, or similar systems
Hands-on experience installing, testing, or servicing Fire & Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV (including networking)
1+ year of customer service experience
WBFAA-enrolled Apprentice and/or current ACE card
Background in construction trades is a plus
