Experience drafting oil and gas title opinions independently
Experience with JOAs, PSAs, and the full suite of transactional work that an oil & gas E&P land department generally requires
Experience out of big law or in-house (either in the GC's office or the Land department) at an oil & gas company
Must have oil and gas title experience
Must have an active Bar License in any U.S. jurisdiction
