Responsibilities
Operationalize the engineering strategy by building shared services, integration frameworks, and data models that support the entire product suite
Oversee the transition toward cloud-native, scalable, and modular systems to improve delivery speed
Ensure the successful deployment of essential platform features, including unified login, centralized administration, and AI enablement
Implement clear standards for development, testing, and security while championing automation and DevOps best practices
Collaborate closely with Product and Operations managers to ensure technology investments directly support customer outcomes and company goals
Build and mentor AI-first high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning through direct mentorship
Utilize measurable metrics to track and improve engineering velocity, system uptime, and overall quality
Lead tactical initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve reliability without sacrificing innovation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in Director positions
Experience leading engineering teams in a Microsoft centered ecosystem (.NET, C#, SQL Server)
Expertise in various Authentication protocols, Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), architecture, and DevOps best practices
Experience leading modernization and transformation initiatives within engineering organizations
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven engineering processes
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams across distributed environments
