They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the COO who will provide high-level administrative and operational support, manage the COO's calendar, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage the COO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and logistics across time zones and locations
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely communication and follow-through
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of assigned projects and events
Support budgeting, expense reporting, and vendor coordination for COO function
Serve as a primary point of contact between the COO and internal teams, executives, and external parties
Ensure clear, consistent written and verbal communication and alignment with stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, project management software)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
