Mechanical Assembler
Stellant Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Microwave Tube Generalist to work on 1st shift at their Torrance, CA location. The role involves building various assemblies and sub-assemblies for traveling wave tube products primarily used for military applications, ensuring quality, cost, and production goals are met.

Responsibilities
Must be able to accurately read blueprints, assembly instructions, and other related documentation
Experience using basic hand tools
20/20 eyesight (corrected) and good hand-eye coordination are necessary, along with the ability to work with small parts and hand tools under a microscope for extended periods of time
Good math skills to carry out basic calculations and measurements are required
Computer data input skills are helpful
Knowledge of the use of torque tools, feeler gauges, micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators is a plus
Knowledge of foreign object debris (FOD) control and tool control processes is desirable

1-3 years of operations or manufacturing-related work experience, general knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and procedures, with previous precision mechanical assembly experience preferred
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (e.g. Green Card holder), or a protected individual as defined by the International Traffic in Arm Regulations (ITAR)
Preferred
