Responsibilities
Strategic Industrial Plan Development & Delivery
Partner with leadership to define and execute the Strategic Industrial Plan and roadmap
Lead financial planning for key projects, ensuring strong business cases (ROI, payback, CAPEX/OPEX, margin evolution, restructuring)
Collaborate with the Deployment VP and management to allocate financial and operational resources effectively
Drive governance across planning and execution to maintain alignment with strategic priorities
Ensure annual budget attainment through regular forecasting cycles
Oversee finance processes for each function, ensuring consistency and compliance
Lead performance‑enhancing initiatives through financial insights and partnership
Maintain strong reporting processes for investment‑related expenses and benefits
Deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts and performance analyses (CAPEX, OPEX, restructuring, project results)
Manage central forecasting and strengthen accountability through transparent reporting and operational engagement
Lead cross‑functional efforts to improve financial tools, systems, and control frameworks for investment governance
Ensure compliance with internal controls, including fixed asset tagging and timely Construction in Progress capitalization
Continuously improve governance processes and drive stakeholder awareness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in finance and business management, ideally within a complex, matrixed, multinational organization
Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Tenacity and willingness to work hand and hand with the business to drive results
Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing diverse teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
Ability to thrive in multicultural environments
