Technical Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert for assigned projects, providing guidance on systems, processes, and best practices
Apply technical and operational expertise to deliver solutions that align with project goals and organizational objectives
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative thinking into project execution
Lead operational improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and recommending data‑driven, scalable solutions
Conduct detailed analysis and present insights and recommendations that support decision‑making at all levels
Develop actionable solutions and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and project requirements
Support operationalizing and knowledge transfer to facilitate adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices
Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand needs, gather input, and drive alignment
Translate technical or specialized concepts into clear, practical information for non‑technical audiences
Maintain consistent communication with the PMO to provide updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Share expertise to build organizational knowledge, encourage capability growth, and strengthen team skills
Mentor individuals and teams by providing training and guidance related to new processes, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance or related field
5 years of experience with proven expertise in a relevant field (e.g. business operations, technology, or industry-specific role). Expertise in delivering solutions in a high-paced, structured environment is required
Experience with advanced analytical tools and business systems (power BI, SQL)
Experience with workflow automation tools
Exceptional analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems effectively
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrated adaptability, with the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities, requirements, and operational needs
Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and able to make sound decisions with limited information

Preferred

Certifications in relevant fields (Six Sigma, ITIL, CSM) are preferred
Experience with Salesforce preferred
