The Senior Manager of Finance Shared Services will lead and transform centralized accounting operations, focusing on streamlining essential financial services and optimizing processes while building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of shared service functions (AP, AR, Billing, Collections, and Payroll) ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, AI-driven invoicing) to reduce manual touchpoints and improve cycle times
Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure the efficiency and quality of service delivery to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a robust internal control environment (SOX compliance where applicable) and lead audit preparation for shared service cycles
Manage relationships with third-party service providers and work closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure seamless month-end closes
Mentor and scale a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-service excellence
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Accounting or Finance Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CPA or MBA is a strong plus
Advanced experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and specialized tools like Concur, Bill.com, or BlackLine
Proven track record of leading finance transformation projects or system implementations
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership
