They are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Intern to engage in the design process, develop design documentation, and assist with construction site visits while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of project types.

Responsibilities
Engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, building digital/physical models, and preparing design presentations
Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs and submittal review
Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team members
Qualification
Required
Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software
Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred
Experience with physical model building including Laser cutter and 3D Printer a plus
