Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Attorney with handling personal injury and property damage cases from inception to resolution
Independently handle trials
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide case updates
Build strong client relationships to foster trust and confidence in our firm
Participate in litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations
Maintain organization in case management and ensure deadlines are met
Independent thinking
Action and detail oriented
Think quickly on your feet
Hungry and passionate
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school (attorney)
Active license to practice law in Utah (attorney)
Strong drafting skills for pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
