Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, process, and organize incoming merchandise with precision and care
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper storage of high-value luxury goods
Support stock transfers, replenishment, and back-of-house organization
Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure optimal presentation at all times
Partner with Client Advisors to quickly locate and retrieve product for clients
Support visual merchandising standards consistent with the luxury brand guidelines
Handle all merchandise with discretion and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom environment
Adhere to all brand policies, loss prevention standards, and operational procedures
Contribute to a seamless, elevated client experience through behind-the-scenes excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working with high-value merchandise
Preferred
Prior retail or stockroom experience preferred; luxury retail experience is a plus
