Responsibilities
Lead and mentor team members, including oversight of a data intelligence team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
Resolve complex discrepancies directly with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and effective outcomes
Provide advanced reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions
Provide monthly standardized reporting for various departments
Provide ad-hoc reporting for various departments
Review and enhance process design and documentation
Ability to learn and master new technologies
Develop working knowledge of team responsibilities across data intelligence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 4 years customer service, distribution, or foodservice experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience overseeing higher grade employees or teams
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to innovate processes and procedures
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, deadline management, and requiring minimal direction on activities
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including pivots, lookups, and PowerQuery
Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to validate the accuracy of deliverables
Preferred
Power BI and/or SQL knowledge may be preferred
