Responsibilities
Request, evaluate, and manage transport quotations
Coordinate and track end-to-end material pickups and deliveries, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Design, implement, and continuously refine transportation and logistics processes to support operational excellence
Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven initiatives to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance compliance
Plan, schedule, and execute general cargo transport operations, balancing cost, capacity, and service requirements
Manage spot quoting and rapid response protocols for urgent shipping needs
Coordinate time-sensitive courier shipments for critical spare parts
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities, resolve operational issues, align on service expectations, and drive integrated supply chain performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or general cargo environment
Proven track record in managing freight procurement, transport planning, and international logistics
Solid understanding of global customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and a continuous improvement mindset
