Prepare for future transition into the President role through structured exposure to:
+ Lending production, portfolio management, and credit quality
+ Accounting, financial reporting, and bank financial performance
+ Risk management and regulatory awareness
Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
Participate in loan structuring, credit decisions, and portfolio oversight
Partner with department leaders to drive operational efficiency and accountability
Represent the bank with customers, community leaders, and key stakeholders
Uphold and promote the bank's culture, values, and community-focused mission
Qualification
Required
5+ years of banking experience, ideally within a community bank setting
Practical experience in lending and credit, with a solid understanding of bank accounting and financials
Demonstrated leadership ability with clear potential to step into a President role
Strong decision-making skills, integrity, and sound judgment
Relationship-driven mindset with a commitment to long-term community banking
