Responsibilities
Manage financial transactions, budgeting, procurement, and payroll for student programs while ensuring compliance with institutional policies
Support the Medical Student Performance and Promotion Committee and Honor Board
Provide administrative assistance to student affairs leadership
Assist with major events, coordinate logistics, facilitate communications, and support departmental initiatives
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in finance and/or administration roles
Experience with event planning
Work experience in Student or Academic Affairs
Proficient in Canvas or similar educational systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, or other office software programs
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Human Relations, Finance, or related field
Experience with fiscal reporting systems, including HokieMart and ChromeRiver, or similar software
