Responsibilities

Lead test system design and implementation across the product lifecycle
Design and develop PCBA test interfaces and automated test frameworks
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for production, yield, and field-return issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on FMEA, data analysis, and test strategy optimization
Develop and maintain automated test software using C#, C, LabVIEW, TestStand, and SQL
Maintain organized documentation, revision control, and adhere to quality standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in test engineering or hardware design for PCBA test systems
Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics)
Strong understanding of electrical interfaces, signal integrity, analog/mixed signals, and test instrumentation
Experience with microcontrollers, DSP, SoC design, and sensors (MEMS, optical, temperature, gyro)
Hands-on experience with LabVIEW/TestStand and automated test systems

Preferred

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
