Responsibilities

Deliver in‑person training sessions for attorneys and staff on firm technology, applications, and workflows

Provide one‑on‑one technical assistance to users facing software or hardware challenges

Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues during live meetings, conference room setups, and daily operations

Travel weekly to Chesapeake and Suffolk offices to provide onsite IT support

Act as a primary point of contact for technology‑related inquiries and training needs

Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved processes, tools, and user efficiency

Required

Demonstrated experience providing in‑person technology training and end‑user support, ideally within a legal or professional services setting

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively in real‑time scenarios

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical users

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel weekly to Chesapeake and Suffolk offices (mileage reimbursement provided)
