They are seeking Inventory Fulfillment Associates to verify product authenticity, ensure quality standards, and support accurate inventory fulfillment for high-value precious metals.

Responsibilities
Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins or products
Perform detailed quality control checks to confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy
Accurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment
Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders, ensuring highest quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system (ERP experience a plus)
Identify discrepancies and escalate quality concerns following company procedures
Support continual process improvements related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control
Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory logs and processing shipment paperwork
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Must be open to working various shifts from 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and possible Saturdays
Must be able to lift 25 - 50 lbs
