Office Manager
Community Action Services and Food Bank (CASFB) is dedicated to fostering self-reliance for individuals, families, and the community. The Office Manager serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, overseeing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities
Greet clients, volunteers, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, presenting a positive public image of the organization
Conduct client intakes to assess needs, problem-solve household situations, and determine appropriate services
Identify and provide referrals to internal programs and external community resources to support clients' long-term stability
Maintain accurate and complete client records, including timely and accurate data entry
Ensure all required documentation (timesheets, mileage, USDA forms, etc.) is completed and submitted on time
Maintain clean, organized, and clutter-free workspaces, including the lobby and office supply areas
Provide guidance, training, and support to front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Collaborate closely with team members to support program goals and service delivery
Attend required staff meetings and trainings
Meet program performance measures within required timeframes
Complete purchase requests for all departments
Support inventory tracking for Provo main office and the Warming Center
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housing Director or CASFB leadership to ensure agency success
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in a related field; a combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-by-year basis
Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality and trust
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify client needs and respond effectively
Knowledge of the challenges faced by low-income households and diverse communities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations
Ability to work respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Dependable, motivated, and self-directed
Broad knowledge of community resources
Ability to speak Spanish is required
