Customer Experience Analyst

Airgas is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, and they are seeking a Customer Experience Analyst. This role is responsible for owning customer experience reporting, analytics, and tools to support the Division Customer Experience strategy, while also partnering with various teams to analyze data and drive insights.

Responsibilities

Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of CX and Credit-related reports and analytical solutions (using tools like Power BI), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance
Partner with CX, Finance, and Sales teams to analyze customer and dispute data, translate findings into actionable insights, and prepare executive-level materials to communicate trends and operational recommendations
Act as the HighRadius Super User and subject matter expert, supporting system adoption and troubleshooting while developing and delivering training on CX-related reporting and tools
Lead and support CX-related projects, including process improvements, reporting automation, tool enhancements, and other special initiatives in support of Customer Experience transformation

Required

HS Diploma or equivalent is required
3–5+ years of progressive experience in Customer Experience analytics, Credit & Collections analytics, financial/operational reporting, or business/data analytics in a complex, matrixed organization
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
Working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
Ability to learn, own, and act as a Super User for operational systems (e.g., HighRadius)
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for identifying trends/root causes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level materials
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and effectively support cross-functional teams (CX, Finance, Sales, etc.) in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or an Engineering-related field
